Ground station

A fully SRAD tracking station that follows the rocket and predicts where it will land.

01Overview

What it does

Kronos's ground station is designed and built by ARD. It receives LoRa telemetry at 915 MHz on a Yagi antenna that two Nema 17 stepper motors point on a pan/tilt mount, packs into a Pelican case, and predicts the landing zone.

    Teensy 4.1 ground station

    Myriad's ground station combined a Teensy 4.1 with GPS, LoRa, an LCD and a GUI.
